Lately, it feels like I’m constantly in overdrive — switching between client work, building my own projects, meetings, deadlines, and still trying to be available for people. And somehow, I keep hearing complaints that I’m not making enough time. It’s frustrating. I’m not ignoring anyone — I’m just drowning in responsibilities trying to build something real. What people don’t see is the mental load it takes to deliver on both sides, for an employer and your own dreams.
It’s not a lack of care — it’s a lack of hours in the day. And honestly, I don’t know how some people seem to juggle multiple projects like it’s nothing. Either they’re hiding the burnout, or they’re not being real about the cost. This life takes discipline, sacrifice, and focus — and I’m not about to apologize for choosing to build instead of being everywhere at once
