Губернатор Гладков заявил, что структура будет отвечать на вопросы, которые есть у молодёжи, и будет создавать условия для вовлечения молодежи в творчество, в науку, в занятие историей, общественную деятельность. При этом одна из главных задач — патриотическое воспитание наших детей, чтобы они были стойкими к тем вызовам, которые есть сегодня.
