И соответственно, как и любое СМИ должен будет строго следить за достоверностью выпускаемого контента.

Давайте посмотрим, какие есть плюсы и минусы этого законопроекта и что должен знать каждый “блогер”. Постараемся быть оптимистами, и попробуем найти положительные стороны.
