Настоящим законопроектом предлагается обязать работодателей по письменному заявлению работника (при условии, что специфика работы позволяет работнику выполнять трудовую функцию дистанционно) переводить на удалённый режим следующие категории работников… беременных женщин и женщин, имеющих детей в возрасте до трёх лет.
