The US Senate are trying to pass the EARN IT Act once more. TLDR it is a conservative attack on free speech that, if passed, will destroy Section 230 of Title 47 of the United States Code and force everyone and everything online to submit to conservative-dictated moral decency measures or be removed from the internet entirely.

Section 230 is the only reason why social media exists and why anyone can post what they want to online.
