After much thought and a relentless effort to revive and rebuild Aver's foundation, we've made the difficult decision to step down and close the project.

From the very beginning, our mission was bold — to bring on-chain AI agents to life and empower a new era of smart, autonomous execution on Web3. But despite strong early traction, generous support from core holders, and $450K+ in combined backing, we faced a level of sniping and sell pressure that made a clean, fair relaunch nearly impossible.

We tried everything:

- Executing buybacks to stabilize ~$200k

- Pausing updates and agents to flush bad actors/snipers

- Planning a full relaunch with better tokenomics

But in the end, it became clear that the comeback wouldn’t match the cost — not just financially, but mentally and emotionally. Mostly obvious by the sells and reaction yesterday about the relaunch from the community. We understand, so no hard feelings.

No team tokens, neither ecosystem funds will be sold until community has had a chance to exit.

This isn’t the end of what we’re capable of — just the end of this chapter.

To the real ones who believed in Aver: thank you. Your energy, feedback, and conviction meant everything.

For now, the Aver experiment concludes.
