В понедельник прокуратура Боливии заявила, что в связи с расследованием обвинений в сексуальном насилии в отношении 15-летнего несовершеннолетнего был выдан ордер на арест бывшего президента Эво Моралеса.
Моралес находится под следствием с сентября, а ордер на арест был выдан, когда бывший президент не явился для дачи показаний по обвинениям.
Сначала судья должен назначить дату слушания по делу, на котором прокурор будет представлять интересы государства. Затем, если судья посчитает это необходимым, он должен будет подписать ордер на арест Моралеса.
