Вообще, в Египте попадаются мозаики времен 70-80-х годов XX века нашей эры (для Египта уточнение не бессмысленное), по всей видимости жанр модернистской мозаики попал туда в период крепкой дружбы с Советским Союзом.

Мне такой жанр не близок, но есть прямо фанаты. Культуртрегер Армен Арутюнов, который ведет канал НЕШЕХТЕЛЬ, сделал целый проект, посвященный систематизации всех таких мозаик в Самаре: https://samaramodernism.ru/category/%d0%bc%d0%be%d0%b7%d0%b0%d0%b8%d0%ba%d0%b8/
