بلیه الناس علینا عظیمه، إن دعوناهم لم یستجیبوا لنا، وإن ترکناهم لم یهتدوا بغیرنا.
...ما سخت گرفتار مردمانیم، اگر فرایشان بخوانیم اجابتمان نکنند، و اگر وایشان گذاریم هر‌گز به وسیله غیر ما هدایت نیابند.
