Аналитики компании «Этажи» составили рейтинг крупных городов России по средней скорости продажи вторичного жилья. Результаты опубликовали «Известия». В десятке лидеров страны в этом вопросе оказались два уральских города – Челябинск и Екатеринбург. Челябинск занял 5 место с результатом 105 дней, а Екатеринбург – 8 место с результатов в 114 дней. Быстрее всего в России квартиры продаются в Воронеже – за 95 дней.
