“5月19日，江苏连云港海州区联合调查组发布情况续报：
针对5月16日网民在相关平台发布的“海州区某市场购物时发现一商户短斤少两，并被市场主办方工作人员抢夺手机”的视频，经调查核实，现将有关处理情况通报如下：
区市场监管部门对涉事商户和市场主办方的违法行为已经调查终结，予以行政处罚告知。对涉事商户许某某侵害消费者权益的行为罚款3万元；对市场主办方侵害消费者权益的行为，责令改正，予以警告，并罚款35万元。区公安机关依法对存在违反治安管理行为的市场主办方工作人员曹某某、王某某，涉事商户许某某及其亲属徐某某、时某某予以行政拘留。
我区按照市统一部署，进一步加强市场监督管理，深入开展农贸市场专项整治，坚决打击短斤少两、欺客宰客等违法行为，切实保障消费者合法权益。
