Томский гарнизонный военный суд огласил обвинительный приговор Ивану Лежнину. Военнослужащий, являясь должностным лицом, выполняющим организационно - распорядительные функции в Вооруженных Силах Российской Федерации, взял взятку в размере 10 000 рублей за предоставление военнослужащему по призыву увольнения из расположения воинской части.
Суд назначил Лежнину наказание в виде штрафа в размере 50 000 рублей.
