Xohlayotgan narsangiz bo’lmayotgan bo’lsa, nega duoyim qabul bo’lmayapti deb o’ylamang.
Ustozimiz bitta misol aytgandilar; Inson eshik ochilmayapti deb yig’lab duo qilib turmasdan eshikni qo’li bilan ochib ko’rishi kerak. Qadar g’ayratga oshiqdir deb bekorga aytilmagan.

Qisqa qiling!
“Quyosh qiroli” tahallusi bilan mashxur bo’lgan Louis XIV, atrofidagilarni uzoq tinglashni va ularni savollariga javob berishga kelganda qisqa qilib “I shall see” ya’ni “o’ylab ko’raman” deyishni odat qilgan.
Bu lo’nda javob sirli va o’ziga yarasha hukmronlik ramzini anglatgan.
Ikkita quloq, ikkita ko’z, ikkita qo’l, lekin bitta og’iz.
Qancha bu haqida ko’p tafakkur qilsangiz shuncha eshitishni, shuncha kuzatishni, shuncha berishni va kamroq gapirishni boshlar ekansiz.

Hayotda eng muhim prinsiplarimdan biri.
Karyera qilish davomida eng muhim aspektlardan bittasi bu work-life balance’ni saqlay olish. (Buni avval faqat IELTS essay’lar yozishda o’ylab osongina yechim berib qo’yardim. Ja osonmas ekan oma.)
Tezda sezilmaydi, kunlar ish bilan o’taveradi. Bir kun to’xtab orqaga qaralsa, butun umr ish bilan o’tib ketgan bo’ladi. Oxirida ham mental ham physical burnout bo’lganda, recover qilish qiyinlashib qoladi.
Hozirda o’zimga bir prinsip qabul qilganman. Daromad qancha bo’lishidan qat’iy nazar, har kunimda ish uchun alohida vaqt ajrataman, va qolgan payt ish haqida o’ylamayman.
Fokusim faqat yaxshi hayot yaratish uchun pul topishda bo’lsa, qachon u pulni ishlatib hayotimni yaxshilayman? Yaxshilangan hayotimni-chi, qachon yashayman?
Masalan, manda hozir bu 8/8/8 qoidasiga asoslangan. 8 soat tabiiy ehtiyojlar (uyqu, ovqatlanish), 8 soat ish (borish/kelish bilan) va 8 soat erkin soatlar. Erkin soatimda xohlagan ishimni qilaman (hobby’lar, qo’shimcha uyqu, kurslar, va hk.)
Hozircha man uchun ideal tartib shu. Chunki ortiqcha ish judayam ko’p stress beradi.
Bugungi kunda vaqtni sotib ko’p daromad qilish qiyin. Vaqti kelganda oz vaqtda bilim va shunchaki qarorlar bilan ko’proq daromad qilish niyatim bor. Shu sababdan skill set’imni oshirish harakatidaman hozir.
Sizda-chi? Work-life balance qanaqa?

Life is short.
Hours are passing. Days are passing. Months are passing. Years are passing. Let’s say you will live for 100 years. If you’re lucky, the average life expectancy in the world is only 72 years (around 3,700 weeks). It may look like a long time, but it’s not. And if you are a 30-year-old, you have already spent 1,500 weeks. I am telling you this not to make you sad or to give you an existential crisis but to make you aware that we don’t have as much time as we think we have.
We should make the best use of the time we are given. We already know that and have been told that thousands of times, but do we make the best use of our time? Do you love the things that you do? Are you around with the people you love? Life is short for doing the things you hate or not doing the things you want to do. The regret will be huge when you’re old. Imagine you’re almost 80, looking back at things and wishing you did something differently. You lived a life how you wanted, not how others wanted. You will regret all the moments you wasted being lazy, sitting on a couch watching T.V. for no reason, spending hours daily scrolling social media with no purpose. No person who doesn’t do the things that he wants to can be happy from the inside.

Harsh truths of life:
If you’re lazy, it’s your fault.
If you’re unhappy, it’s your fault.
If you’re a procrastinator, it’s your fault.

No Good, No Bad
Stop thinking everything is either good or bad. There are a lot of bad things that happened to me, and I’m happy now that they happened to me as they changed the trajectory of my life. Here’s a great story:
There was a farmer with a horse who helped him in farming. The villagers constantly told the farmer how lucky he was to have such a great horse.
“Maybe,” he would reply.
One day, the horse ran away. The villagers came to the farmer to express their sympathies.
“That’s too bad.” the villagers said.
“Maybe,” the farmer replied.
A few days later, the horse returned home with ten strong wild horses.
“That’s great, isn’t it?” the villagers said.
“Maybe,” the farmer again replied.
The next day, the farmer’s son was riding one of the horses when it kicked him off and broke his leg.
The villagers arrived to express their dismay. “That’s too bad,” they said.
“Maybe,” the farmer replied.
A military officer marched into the village the next day, recruiting able- bodied young men for the war. The farmer’s son, with his broken leg, was left behind.
The villagers were joyful, “Your son has been spared. What beautiful luck!” The farmer smiled.
“Maybe.”

I have a friend who treats his wife with a lot of respect, and calls her a life partner. It is inspiring to see such a relationship in which people respect and love each other that much.
What is preventing us from being able to do this?
Should we view marriage as a partnership that necessitates give and take ?

P.s.: these two videos really impressed me with the meaning behind
Here is the daily routine of Leo Tolstoy:
Leo Tolstoy was born on 9 September 1828. When he was 18, he started
“Journal of Daily Activities”. In this journal, he would write how much time he would spend on any task like writing or studying, and then he would later comment on how well he performed.
He would wake up each day at five o’clock. He would take a walk for an hour. He has a strict habit of writing each day. He also slept around 2 hours during the day. He used to work in complete isolation. And would go to bed no later than 10 o’clock.

Do This For 10 Minute Before You Sleep
Every day is important.
You need to both move forward and look back. You must reflect on your actions to check whether you’re doing the right things. And if you’re doing the right things, how can they be improved?
You can never improve something that you can’t track. There are a lot of small distractions throughout the day that can lower your productivity and don't even make your life better. So, here’s what you must do every night before you go to sleep:
1)Take a pen and paper and write whatever you have accomplished throughout the day. Write down all the good and bad things you did throughout the day. Do it hour by hour, and you will see how much time you wasted on things that didn’t improve your life even a tiny bit.
2)Write down the things that you’re going to do tomorrow. Make a short to- do list. Don’t make it too long. Planning your day is super important. It keeps you focused on the important tasks so you don’t get distracted by less important tasks.
This simple exercise every day will make you aware of how you’re spending your time every day, where you’re wasting your time, and how you can remove those distractions from your life that don't add any value.

Kamroq narsa ko‘proq erkinlik.
Zamon ortiqcha narsalar bilan to‘lgan davrdamiz. Ko‘proq kiyim, ko‘proq gadjet, ko‘proq ma’lumot, ko‘proq tanlov...
Ammo bu ko‘proq ortida ko‘proq charchoq, chalkashlik va ichki siqilish yashirinadi.
Minimalizm hech narsaga ega bo‘lmaslik emas. Bu keraksizlardan voz kechib, muhim narsalar uchun joy ochishdir.
Har bir ortiqcha buyum o‘tmishda qolgan versiyaga bog‘lovchi zanjirdir. Har bir bildirishnoma ongni bo‘lib, e’tiborni o‘g‘irlaydigan shovqindir.
Minimalizm bu zamonaviy "qarshilik" falsafasi. Biz sotib olishga majbur bo‘lgan illuziyalardan ozod bo‘lsak, o‘zimizga qaytamiz.
Tashqi tartib ichki holatga ta’sir qiladi. Kamroq narsalar orasida yashay olish shukr qilishni o‘rgatadi. Shukr qilingan ong esa tinchlikka yaqinlashadi.
Kam narsa orqali ko‘proq ong, ko‘proq erkinlik va ko‘proq hayot kashf etiladi.

Meet me on the floor tonight
Show me how to move like the water
In between the dancing lights
Be mine, be mine
Azizam
I wanna be nowhere but here with you now
I wanna be one in this space
I wanna be tangled and wrapped in your cloud
I wanna be close to your face
Well, tomorrow can wait, freezing time in this place
Till the sun is away, could be like a magnet on me
I don't care what they say, we can do it our way
And if love's just a game, then come and play
