وعليه لا يتم التعامل معهم وحجزهم من قبل الدفع حتى يصدر إعلان يلغي هذا الاعلان وبالنسبة لاي دفعة سبق وأن اتفقت مع احدهم فعليهم استرداد رسوم الحجز والتعاقد مع مكاتب اخرى حتى يقومون باستكمال الاجراءات.
