If you blame closed gyms for not being able to work out then you're the problem. A strong body is a reflection of a strong mind, & a strong mind can create endless possibilities.
It is widely known that Nazi Germany physical fitness manuals were sought out & destroyed, same as any German statues that displayed peak physical fitness. Few copies remain & are rather expensive for the common collector. There is a simple reason for their destruction. German men were physically superior enough to be vastly outnumbered in almost every WW2 battle & still fight off hordes w/ ease in earlier battles. Enemies will always fear a physically stronger fighting force. Hence the laughability of our current transgender compliant military, & female special forces.

While true in the greater scheme of things, that jews are responsible for closing down gyms, do not let that become an excuse for weakness. I'm stronger & more fit than ever w/ out one

Flemish Nationalist Wilhelm Priem defended his fellow native brother last night after he was being threatened by a large group of Somalis and Arabs.
Wilhelm fought them 6 on one, allowing time for his friend to escape but sustaining injury as a result, including a 2cm split in his lip, a black eye and several cuts.
Wilhelm puts his survival in the fight down to his physical combat training and doubts he would have been able to help his brother without it.
May Wilhelm act as an example to us all on doing the right thing, as well as highlighting the importance to defend yourself.

How to start:
You can begin by taking Scottish showers, starting the shower warm and ending it at the coldest temperature for a few seconds. Progressively increasing the time that you stay in the shower while it's cold. After a week try getting in the shower while it's cold, and taking your entire shower on the coldest temperature that your shower can go. Not only is this good for all of your biological processes, but also your mind. You are voluntarily facing discomfort.
After you can do this, find a body of water near you, be it the ocean, lake, etc. and start going in during the winter months of the year.
Make sure you don't push it and put yourself in a situation that could be unsafe, start by only going in for a few seconds and gradually increase your time in the water from that point on.
