email pods are such a pain to write on, both figuratively and literally! lol. I'm sure you heard about them, they are big bulky touch screen computers on the walls, like juke boxes at bars. I hear if I stay out of trouble I will get to move to a pod where I can get a tablet, which will eliminate the issues with the juke box messaging. Although, like you said, I may be moving for trial, I hope I do anyway, Ethan and I both had our lawyers ask the judge to move us due to the unreasonable amount of time it takes fr us to get there and back from a hearing in DC. They wake us up around 230-300am, to take us to a big cell with other inmates also going to court, and "process" us out for the day, which can take 2-3 hrs. Then we get shackled up, hands, feet, waist, the whole 9, to sit in a mini bus for 2.5 hours. We get to DC, we are usually an hour early, so its like 8 am for a 930am hearing. We stay in various "bull pen" type cells where we go back and fourth to the court room as needed. When court is over, we wait in those cells until everyone that came with us is done court as well, and the bus is done dropping inmates off at Harrisburg, PA. The latter is what takes a while, that bus gets back usually around 4pm, then we proceed to get shackled back up to travel 2.5 hours back to NN. When we get back, there is the processing back in, which also conflicts with some daily administrative duties of the prison, like "count." So, we have to wait hours in a small cell with many inmates until all that is done. Of the 3 times I came back, the times I got back to my block ranges from 830pm, 930pm and 1130pm. Clearly, that is not reasonable to do everyday for 1 week, let alone the 6 weeks my trial will be. I went on about this sine you mentioned something about lawyers helping with things, if they dont move us, or dont move someone down the line for trial, hopefully this information helps, because it doesn't seem legal at all.

What a blessing it is to have true Americans like yourself to support one & all of us J6ers during our incarceration. It is more nourishing than any meal of bread and sweeter than any wine! Today is day 11 of my hunger strike, I’ve lost nearly 20 pounds & I didn’t have much to lose when I started!! In the last few days since throwing up stomach acid on my 7th night I had a few bites to settle my stomach, I feel guilty but God lifts me from all shame. Greetings in the Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ, from the bowels of Alexandria VA solitary confinement section of the prison. I assume they keep moving me to separate me from the rest of my patriot brothers & not let me settle in anywhere – but God is using my travels to spread the gospel!! In Lewisburg PA federal pen, I had the opportunity of a lifetime to plant a church in the pod, started with two people meeting daily and me leading a Bible study and sermon, eventually we had 10–20 brothers in Christ moving in the Spirit & learning the Word!!! God always uses what the enemy intends for evil & turns it to GOOD!!

Thank you so much for your card & letter, you are a true patriot & your support is faith building for me! May God pour out blessings from his store house of grace for you & your family. I am also overjoyed to hear that my Psalms of Christ are encouraging you – praise God! I have a publishing company currently looking into turning them into a book – pray for that please! How grateful are we to the God who enables us to encourage each other in the life-giving faith of Messiah!

I am no hero brother! The brave people who have stuck by us & shown us love & support despite our circumstances are heroes! I’m stuck here, but you have chosen to be unified in this tribulation with me! Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed my J6truth.org site, I imagined it to be a great resource for everyone to stay engaged. I’ll put more interviews up there! I didn’t know Brian did any interviews & told some of the amazing stories of the Patriot Pod – he’s a Courageous Patriot along with all of the guys there. The examples of love & faith in the face of evil & desertion are so numerous, I miss those guys! I’m all alone in Alexandria, 22 hours a day solitary, no J6ers here. But I have brothers in Christ & I strive to have fellowship no matter the forces against one. Stay tuned for the next documentary. Will be out in September! Barbara Turpin shares a mother's broken heart over the torture and unjust imprisonment of her son Dominic Pezzola.

Dominic had been held in prison pretrial for nearly two years! Dominic is a retired veteran who is honorably discharged. He takes responsibility for his actions. Nothing he did on January 6th deserves prison, torture, and false charges, and being held as a hostage for nearly two years without a trial and without bonds.

Barbara Turpin, Dominic's Mother writes:

My hearts breaking. I just got off the phone with my son. He went from Lewisburg PA and was supposed to go to the hospital for an upper GI test. Instead they took him to Northern Neck Virginia. He was there and extremely ill for a week. Then they moved him back to PA because they claim the Marshals made a mistake. He was told he would finally get his medical needs taken care of. After 5 days in quarantine they called him out and said let's go. He asked am I coming back? They lied and said yes so he took nothing with him. Not even his reading glasses. They then drove him shackled in a bus with around 50 Prisoners to Alexandria Virginia. They are abusing and touring our Loved ones to break them into taking a Plea Deal! This is called Diesel Therapy. Driving them from place to place and its inhumane. We put money in commissary for him, he moves he loses it. I know they are doing this to other inmates also like Jake Lang. He is now in Lewisburg PA. Sorry for the long rant. I'm normally quiet but this has me So upset! I Pray we win on November 8th. It will be a start.

I’m doing OK. Just reading a lot. I like Don Winslow, David Baldacci, Jeffrey Deaver, Michael Crichton, Tom Clancy, John Grisham and Ken Follett. The Jack Reacher books are my favorite. When I’m not reading I like to do Sudoko Samurai level 5 puzzles. The guards will print them for me. I listen to talk radio a lot. Chris Plant is my favorite, he’s funny. Then Mark Levin. I’m in solitary confinement now, have been for 8 months straight so far. I did a year in Florida before they brought me up here. I focus a lot on God and the Bible.

I’m retired US Army Staff Sergeant. I was in the 82nd Airborne and the 1st Armored Division. Went to Iraq and Afghanistan.

I am the mother of Andrew Griswold, he is being held In Oakdale Federal Prison Louisiana. He Turned himself in on October 17 and will be there until December 29. My heart breaks as a mother, as he only gets three hours out of his cell per week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In that one hour he must shower, and he can use the telephone, or computer. No cup to drink out of, only using his hands in the faucet. Didn’t get his clothes washed he had to wash them in the shower yesterday.
They tell him that they have a 30 day quarantine coming in to the jail, and going out of the jail is 30 days. Therefore his entire sentence is 75 days so he will be in quarantine the entire time. The hour that he has out is actually less than that, as they don’t allow them the entire time. He has not seen a counselor, as his father was told when he took him. My son only gets an allowance of his own money $25 a week for commissary but it’s only given $12.50 commissary a week. The food is horrible, and he’s freezing. I have called the Marshalls Office with nothing in return, the lady at the desk seemed nice, And assured me that they would call me back. I have heard nothing. My son has five beautiful children, and is obviously not used to this treatment. Prayers would be helpful, thank you all for loving our beautiful J6 prisoners. God prevails.

My son is Dominic Pezzola. He was being shot at and he ducked. That's when the man next to him was hit in the face with the rubber bullet. I noticed you never spoke about my son like you did the other Proud Boys. My son was the only PB who was being attacked. What would you have done? He was also the newest member. But he is Also being Tortured and Abused just like the rest. He's looking at up to 20 years for breaking a window that was already broken. When the Summer of Love Antifa and BLM walked Free. This is a GREAT video you have put together here. It was a Complete SET UP to attack the American people. We are living in Communist control. My attorney is going for the easy out. With out looking at any evidence he wants me to take a plea deal from this f*cked up administration. The very same administration who has the biggest hard on for me. They are willing to give me the death penalty just so they can tell America, " we have a veteran of 22years and are going to f*ck him as hard as we can, just so we can show the population that no matter who you are? You step out of line and go against the government, this is what you will get." My f*cking attorney is willing to lay my life on the line just so he can take the easy plea. I begged and pleaded with the American population to help me, to look at the evidence that I provided. What did I get? The F*cking FBI to my cell, hand cuff me to a railing and take every thing I have! This is the last memo I will send ( I have a $1:50 left). Looks like I'll get ten years for sticking up for an elderly woman that was getting her shit kicked in by MPD. oh well. That's America for you. Talk is cheap!
