Dear Barbara,

I got the things on Secure Pak and I thank you so much for writing and caring for me. I am so overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone. I pray that this letter finds you and your family doing well. The stamps and envelopes were a blessing and I made it my mission to write to everyone who wrote to me. I have learned to like ???ing?? and I am forcing myself to exercise. I am weak from losing so much weight due to celiac disease and the jail doesn’t seem to understand that bread and flour tortillas contain gluten. I had blood clots in my lungs and in my leg thigh also. I blame that on inactivity from being locked down 22 hours in myself for 25 days straight, due to Covid and the hole.

I was in the hole with Jessica Watkins and on the same unit, but I moved to a different unit. Her trial is part of the Oathkeepers and is at the end of September. I pray that her trial brings out some of the truth of Jan 6. She seems positive. I saw her at outside rec yesterday. Going outside is a miracle in itself as I have only been out for 8 hours since Nov 16, 2021.

My sister Pam, husband Jeff, and son Sam have been struggling to keep my restaurant going in this terrible economy. I pray that we flip the House & Senate in Nov and get some real investigations. Please keep us in your prayers and thank you again. God bless you and God bless America.

Lt. Munoz came into my cell last night to force me into signing documentation stating I had received all my personal belongings from when they forced me down to the hole. This establishment has a history of trying to cover their ass when they lie, cheat, and steal from inmates. I pointed out the fact that they took 70 pg. Documentation of legal paper work. Never returned. Took my commissary and gave it to other inmates. I've been called. " White Boy, Honky, Cracker, White Mother F*cker, Terrorist, Insurgent, insurrectionist. All by the Staff. Yet I'm forced to sign paper work making it appear everything is awesome, clean, I'm being treated with respect. Can't wait when I get into court!
Where is the America I went to war for? Oh, we are more worried about 5 y\o boys having sex with a 65 y\o man. Open boarders, radical spending, lies! The god dam lies!
Awesome. Tell my children I love them

Unfortunately administration has shut our phones off today. We just came back from outside recreation and passed two other units. When we asked those units if their phones were working they told us yes. I looked through one of the windows and someone was on the phone. As soon as we got back into our unit our phones re not working. There is just a recording that tells us these phones are not available at this time. From out past experiences we know they have just switched our phones off as they have done on other holidays and at their will. We asked the units above us through the vents if their phones were on and they told us yes.
