Robert reveals the out of bounds criminal behaviors he observed in the Northern Neck Regional Jail, where he was housed under US MARSHALLS contract as a pretrial Federal Prisoner for January 6th. His story and testimony of what he experienced reveals what is essentially a Black Site prison, poorly run by private concerns with conflicts of financial interest within the regional Justice apparatus and Jail board members. This 4 county "Jail" is actually a 500 bed prison, operating outside of the review and control of the Bureau of Prisons where prisoners are subjected to brutality, "Fight Clubs" in the dead of night, physical abuses, corruption and theft by the prison guards and administration on a massive scale.
