It's been crazy today....lots of strange things happening here. We're in the middle of an argument with the jail because they want to start housing child molesters, rapists, and snitches in here with is J6ers. They are changing our status as involuntarily protected custody to just regular protective custody....which means we can be housed with any other inmates on PC. That means fights will happen, stabbings may happen, etc. Thank God I'm leaving....but can't stand by and watch this crap happen to the rest of the J6ers. We need to let the US marshals know what's happening, we need the media to know, we need our representatives know, and anyone else that has a dog in this fight.

We refused to lock down! So security came in and we spoke to them about what we were just told by administration. Security said that they didn't hear about this status change, but since we stood together and were peacefully protesting, they won't allow others to come in here, because it's a huge safety and security risk. Hayes and the other heads of security are a bit pissed off because administration tried changing our status and incorporate the other PC inmates into our pod without notifying security. Security has the biggest say because they can't risk us, or other PC inmates getting hurt. They said "we don't want the smoke, because you guys have Congress on your side, and they don't need that kind of attention". So as of right now there won't be anyone else housed with us. We refused to lock down and stood together....that's how we get stuff done! They treat us with respect and we return it...that's why us J6ers have such support!
