Message from Joshua Kenneth Durr: I got your info from a inmate that is here for the capital incident. We are here in Victorville #2 hold over. I've been here for over two months and we have never had a clothing exchange! They did change our sheet ONE time in April. We are forced to wash our own cloths with the one bar of soap they give us. I'm in a wheelchair due to a injury at my last prison and so I can not wash my own. We've tried to complain and have been threatened by staff. I went to Region and they have done nothing. The AW Branch came in and told the E-Lower unit that they would implement laundry loops so we could wash our cloths, but the issue is we only get one pair of cloths, so how are we going wash with loop and have nothing to wear? I explained that in a grievance and then they decided to tell us they were going to install washers and dryers. To this day we have not had cloths to wear and must live in filth. the one bar of soap isn't disincentive and many of us have broke out in rashes, but there is no medical here. This place is not right Maga Mouse!
