Developed by CDAC and the Bihar State Election Commission, the system is built on two dedicated Android apps and aims to make voting more inclusive and accessible for:
- Senior citizens
- Persons with disabilities (PwDs)
- Pregnant women
- Migrant workers
Pilot launched on June 28 in Buxar municipal by‑polls
