Ранее в том же году грузины восстановили памятник Хетагурову в Лагодехском районе, разрушенный в начале 90-х гг.
Собственно, к чем это всё? При оценке наличия бюста Коста в Тбилиси, прежде чем пускать слюни и пузыри счастья, необходимо учитывать весьма непростой контекст обстоятельств его установки.
