Это результат новых высадок саженцев вместо снесенных здоровых деревьев. Контракт на озеленение был между московской ООО «ИКТ» и Горзеленхозом. Видимо в Новосибирске найти высаживателей рябины не смогли.
Вопрос к мэру один - когда эти люди типа Гижицкой покинут муниципальные структуры?
Тоже в депутаты от ЛДПР пойдет вместе с бывшим городским прокурором?
