Дерипаска отметил, что население Краснодарского края увеличится в три раза и в перспективе может достигнуть 15 млн человек. Бизнесмен уточнил, что речь идет не только о крупных центрах, но также сельской местности, где стоимость недвижимости за последние годы выросла в десятки раз.
