Musically it turned out really well too!

In Stand Proud there are moving words to his child, supported by Max HardKore. The pun should be enough. Almost sounds like it was from the first group at the beginning. Overall I like it quite a bit. Things definitely get political in WLM and Shut down the world is clearly against globalization. The Estonian song Öö Pime is probably a new recording of an old soldier's song and tells of the fight against the Bolsheviks 80 years ago from Estonia's land.

My conclusion

The third one really seems to be the best here! I was immediately carried away. In that regard, they have improved. I like the mixture of (street) rock and dirty rock 'n' roll, which Mistreat, among others, masters very well. I also hear parallels to the first Rotte Charlotte, I really like that. The features have also become very good, but the singer doesn't have to hide at all. The fact that the album was again recorded mainly in English makes it easier - for me - to listen to and sing along to more often. I can recommend it! ‼️🥰👌

Da sind sie wieder, die Reval Skins um Sänger Carl-Peter aus der estnischen Hauptstadt Tallin, welche in früheren Zeiten Reval hieß, aber das wisst ihr ja sicher schon. Verdammt, 4 Jahre ist es schon her, als ihr zweites Album das Licht der RAC Welt betrat. Ungefähr vor 2 Jahren beantwortete der mächtige Schreihals standesgemäß für Estland uns ein Interview für die weltweite Skinhead/RAC Umfrage für unsere nächste Ausgabe. Nicht nur da glänzte er mit dem wohl umfangreichsten Interviewantworten seit dem es das Viva Saxonia gibt, und das will was heissten!!! Nein auch hier glänzen sie mit ihrem nächsten 3. Album und wir kacken immer noch ab mit unserem Buch was nicht fertig wird. Scheisse wenn man keine Zeit und oder Lust hat. Tretet uns ruhig mal in den Arsch – es sind schreckliche Zeiten! ;) Aber Lust hab ich jetzt mal in diese Scheibe rein zu lauschen und was flottes dazu zu Papier zu bringen und ihnen Respekt für ihre gute Arbeit zu zollen. Wieder bei PC erschienen, erscheint das ansehnliche Teil als schickes Digi. Ich mag die Dinger aus Karton ja und auch das hier kann sich sehen lassen auch wenn es sicher kein Meilenstein darstellt. Der Klassiker im RAC Cover-Gestaltungsbereich. Auf der Front sieht man einen Landser des letzten großen Krieges, vielleicht sogar einen estnischen Freiwilligen an der Front im Kampf gegen den Bolschewismus. (Vermutlich ;) Nichts neues aber dafür sehr edel gezeichnet. Auf der Rückseite gibt’s nochmal dasselbe Motiv aber ohne Soldaten, dafür aber mit den 13 Titeln. Im ganzen 16seitigem Beiheft zieht sich die Soldaten-Optik weiter fort, in dem auf jeder Seite im Hintergrund kolossale Zeichnungen aus dem 1 WK platziert wurden. Im Vordergrund natürlich die Texte und auf der letzten Seite Gruss und Dank. Legen wir die Scheibe mal ein und drehen gut laut und sogleich pfeffern uns die Reval Skins ihre neue Bandhymne um die Ohren. In der feiern sie sich selbst und ihr 16 jähriges Bandbestehen und das sie heute immer noch genauso Ärsche treten, wie damals, als junge Reval Skins im Winter 2006. Haut gleich gut rein das Stück, schnell und aggro wird hier feinster RAC´n´Roll aus Estonia aus den Boxen gejagd. Fetzt mir gleich und man hört sie hauen eine gute Portion Melodie drauf, im Gegensatz zum letzten Album. Klingt nach guten, alten skandinavischen White Power Skinhead Rock aus der Jugend… loift! Die Röhre haut wie bei der letzten CD wuchtig rein aber wie schon gesagt, mit einer Prise mehr Melodie, was mir eindeutig besser so gefällt und auch die Mucke ballert schön. Alte Schule im kräftigen Klanggewand von heute. Was definitiv noch richtig kuhl ist und schön scheppert, hier hat man sich noch 3 Gastsänger ins Boot geholt und im 3. Stück „Stand Proud“ trällert ein gewisser Max HardKore mit. Geiler Scheiss, das weiss zu gefallen… hört es an und jeder wird erloichtet sein, haha. Kuhle Nummer… Im 11. Titel „Scum“ trällert der allseits bekannte und umtriebige Jocke Karlsson mit. Schon mal 2 Hochkarräter dabei. Auf jeden Fall gibt’s hier 12 englische Titel auf die 12e und diese erinnern schon etwas an Mistreat und genau wie diese, haben sie auch eine Nummer in Landessprache an Bord. Und verdammt, „Öö pime“ (was soviel wie Dunkle Nacht heisst… ) gefällt mir fast noch besser als die englischen Titel muss ich sagen. Da kommt der Gesang noch einmal etwas melodischer rüber und alles klingt sehr erfrischend und mit einer Note Viking Rock will ich meinen. Es hat auch einen weiteren Gastsänger Namens „Agulipoisid“ und wenn es mich nicht ganz täuscht, könnte das der Sänger der estnischen VikingRock Band „Sorus“ sein… aber das ist wirklich nur ne vage erste Vermutung beim rein lauschen. Eine andere estnische Band kenne ich nicht mal, haha. Wer weiß, klingt auf jeden Fall sehr gut.

Sooo habe jetzt doch lieber mal kurz im Netzt den Namen nachgeschaut, da lag ich wohl ein wenig falsch, haha… scheint wohl eine recht junge, traditionelle "Volksmusik-Kapelle" zu sein, die mit Schifferklavier und Gitarre mit passender Kleidung der damiligen Zeit daher kommt und sich in dem einem Video munter aufspielend in der sumpfigen Natur Estlands präsentiert.. Sehr sympathisch. Und wie passend… genau wie bei Mistreat handelt es sich hier um ein altes Soldatenlied im Kampf gegen die Roten (in der auch die Waffenbrüderschaft zu Finnland besungen wird) und am Anfang und am Ende werden alte Originalaufnahmen von damals eingespielt… oder sind es gar die Musikanten von „Agulipoisid“ die zünftig das alte historische Liedlein auf altgetrimmt pfeiffen?! Das hat was und überzeugt mich sogleich. Knapp 40 Minuten wird hier aus allen Rohren gefoiert, so dass es wirklich nicht langweilig wird ausser fielleicht im etwas ruhigeren Rock-Stück "Final Call" was nicht so meinen Geschmack trifft. 3. Und bestes Albm will ich meinen… hört mal rein. Reval Skins rules! Ok? „Boots and Braces, this is our style. Skinheads are marching on. Boots and Braces, freedom´s not a crime. Released again on PC, the attractive piece appears as a stylish digital version. I like things made of cardboard, and this one is also something to be proud of, even if it certainly isn't a milestone. The classic in RAC cover design. On the front you can see a soldier from the last great war, perhaps even an Estonian volunteer at the front in the fight against Bolshevism. (Probably ;) ) Nothing new but very elegantly drawn. On the back there is the same motif again but without soldiers, but with the 13 titles. The soldier look continues throughout the 16-page supplement, with colossal drawings from WWI placed in the background on every page. In the foreground of course are the texts and on the last page greetings and thanks.

Let's put the disc in and turn it up really loud and the Revalers will immediately be blasting their new band anthem around our ears. In it they celebrate themselves and their 16th anniversary as a band and that they are still kicking just as much ass today as they did back when they were young Reval Skins in the winter of 2006. Get the piece straight, fast and aggro is the finest RAC'n'Roll from Estonia came out of the pits. I love it and you can hear them packing a good portion of melody, in contrast to the last album. Sounds like good old Scandinavian white power skinhead rock from your youth... loift! The tube hits hard like on the last CD but as I said, with a pinch more melody, which I definitely like better that way and the music also blasts nicely.

What is definitely still really cool and rattles nicely, here they have brought 3 guest singers on board and in the 3rd piece “Stand Proud” a certain Max HardKore sings along. Great shit, that's sure to please... listen to it and everyone will be enlightened, haha. Cool number...
In the 11th track “Scum” the well-known and busy Jocke Karlsson sings along. Already two high-profile players there.

And damn, I like “Öö pime” (which means Dark Night…) almost better than the English titles, I have to say. It also has another guest singer called Agulipoisid and if I’m not completely mistaken, that could be the singer of the Estonian Viking Rock band “Sorus”… but that’s really just a vague first guess from listening. I don't even know any other Estonian band, haha. Who knows, it definitely sounds very good.
Well, I had better look up the name on the internet, I was probably a little wrong, haha... seems to be a very young, traditional "folk music band" with a ship's piano and guitar and appropriate clothing from the time comes and presents himself in a video playing cheerfully in the swampy nature of Estonia. Very likeable.

And how fitting... just like Mistreat, this is an old soldier's song in the fight against the Reds (which also sings about the brotherhood of arms in Finland) and at the beginning and at the end old original recordings from back then are played... or are they even that Musicians from “Agulipoisid” who really whistled the old historical song in a traditional way?! There’s something about that and it immediately convinces me.

For almost 40 minutes, the music is firing on all cylinders, so it really doesn't get boring, except for the slightly quieter rock piece "Final Call", which doesn't really suit my taste.
And I want to say the best album… listen to it. Revalers rules! OK?
