If you are entertained for 4 hours, and are productive for the other time you have left, your left for 13 years and 4 months of being conscious yet entertained and having fun…… if you eat for a combined time of eating and socializing for 2 hours a day then you are left with being conscious and doing your work for a total of 11 years ….. let’s also think of the time you have been Mature and able to think… for most it’s middle school to highschool which is 8th grade to 12th grade… from 16 year of age to 20 …. Meaning you have been conscious, productive and mature for a total of 4 years……

Don’t bother yourself for mistakes you have done or the wasted time for you waste more time sleeping and blaming procrastinating and eating more than you wasted time living consciously maturely and productively 🙃
