彭博：在港中資銀行採取行動配合美國制裁中港官員

《彭博社》引述知情人士透露，在香港設有分行的中國國有銀行，正採取行動配合美國制裁中港官員，以保障取得美元和海外網絡的重要渠道。報道說，包括中國銀行、建設銀行及招商銀行等與美國有業務往來的大型內地銀行，對於為11名被制裁官員開立新帳戶的態度轉趨謹慎，至少一間銀行暫停有關人士開戶。知情人士表示，部分銀行已經禁止透過美國進行交易，而過往可以即時處理的文件，現在必須檢查合規性並獲得簽署。外資銀行包括花旗等已採取行動凍結香港客戶的帳戶，又或者加強審查。中行和建行未對回應彭博的查詢，招商銀行則拒絕評論。特區政府亦未有回應。美國政府上星期宣布制裁11名中港官員，包括特首林鄭月娥、港澳辦主任夏寶龍、香港警務處處長鄧炳強等。
