【庭刊】24歲碩士畢業生涉透過社交平台轉載被指為煽動刊物的「羊村繪本系列」之下載網址，同時配上「Catch me if you can, motherfucker」字句，又在連登討論區宣揚港獨，被控一項「作出一項或多項具煽動意圖的作為」罪。已被還押近3個月的被告今（27日）在西九龍裁判法院認罪，主任裁判官羅德泉判刑時強調，雖然涉案訊息回應者不多，但被告煽動認同違法示威者的志同道合者，「縱使只是沉默的閱讀者，對其影響力不下於直接回應者」，又指雖然被告只重複尖銳性口號，但指「口號同暴動總係離不開」，最終判被告入獄5個月。由於被告扣減還柙時間後，可能已接近刑滿，辯方遂建議下令把被告即時釋放，惟遭羅官拒絕並表示「佢哋（懲教）有計數㗎嘛」。 （全文）
