With the administration mulling over limiting access to doxxing groups, a prominent Telegram doxxing group apparently went on a "revenge spree." Telegram channels enable users to broadcast messages to multiple users simultaneously. Commenting about the court's concerns about the spread of false information related to the elections, Minister Fachin noted Brazil is "facing circumstances that could put Brazil's democracy at risk." The initiatives announced by Perekopsky include monitoring the content in groups.
