Ворошиловский районный суд Волгограда назначил ему 7 лет 1 месяц строгого режима и 827 тысяч рублей штрафа. Так же осужденный лишен звания подполковника юстиции и после освобождения будет иметь запрет 5 лет работать в органах госслужбы.
Евстигнеев проходил по делу о взятке вместе с посредником – бывшим главой Росимущества региона. Тот недавно отделался штрафом в размере 1,8 миллиона рублей.

The court also found Ng responsible for calling on people to assist protesters who clashed violently with police at several universities in November 2019.
