Nina Maleika wurde heute vom Amtsgericht Hamburg-Altona zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von 6 Monaten auf Bewährung verurteilt. Die Bewährungszeit beträgt 2 Jahre.
Die Anklageschrift ist mir bekannt. Sämtliche Anklagepunkte hatten einen Bezug zum Palästina-Aktivismus von Nina. Weitere Details zu dem Fall veröffentliche ich nicht.
Verteidiger war mein geschätzter Hamburger Kollege Ivan Künnemann.
