🔺تا اطلاع ثانوی، نه دین به طور کلی از جامعه ایران حذف شدنی است و نه فقه را می‌توان از پیکر آن زدود. در نتیجه، جماعت مجتهدان از پیکره جامعه متدین زدودنی نیستند. فقط باید اولاً محدوده اهداف، غایات و قلمرو فقه و نقش فقیهان تغییر کند و ثانیاً، فقه با شروطی و تحت قواعدی نو و بازسازی، روزآمد و کارآمد شود.
