Участники из 84 регионов России и зарубежных стран показали свой образец современного успешного плаката. Стали известны имена 59 победителей конкурса плакатного искусства «Время смыслов». Мероприятие проводится в память о погибшем на СВО вице-губернаторе Приморья Сергее Ефремове.
Среди заявок - работы известных художников, дизайнеров, жителей Дальнего Востока разного возраста.
