По мнению бездельников из ГБУ «Жилищник района Северное Медведково» ОНИ не обязаны обслуживать Жилые дома.

В их больном воображении если рядом с разрушенной лестницей есть ОКНО магазина то фасад принадлежит магазину.

Эти люди хронически безграмотные и тупые. В Жилищном кодексе РФ все хорошо прописано (даже дебил разберется).

Собственность в МКД это помещение ВНУТРИ квартиры или ВНУТРИ нежилого помещения. Даже батарея в квартире является ОБЩИМ имуществом ВСЕХ собственников!!

Даже внешние стены это ОБЩЕЕ имущество собственников (без выделения долей). А что уже говорить про цоколь, пандусы и тд……..

И да… я реально в ШОКЕ!!! Район просто убивают.
