Знаменитый розовый дом на Октябрьской (Октябрьская, 64) готовят к сносу.

Правда есть одно «но»: доступ в него и в соседние выселенные дома открыт через окна и двери. Жители пишут, что регулярно в них шуруют мигранты, бомжи и подростки, да и просто проходить вечером мимо домов жутковато.

Управе явно не до этого: там важное событие - открытие летнего кинотеатра в сквере на Полковой. (На реконструкцию сквера из городского бюджета несколько лет назад было потрачено 60 млн. руб.)
