🟡بررسی شیمیایی ادرار(Chemical screening) بررسی شیمیایی ادرار عمدتا توسط Dipstick ها یا نوار ادراری(نوار معرف) انجام می شود. روی هر نوار ادراری یکسری معرف یا اندیکاتور قرار گرفته و هنگامی که با ادرار تماس پیدا می کند تغییر رنگ می دهد یا ثابت می ماند و باعث شناسایی ماده مورد نظر و حضور یا عدم حضور آن برای ما می شود. مثل:نیتریت، اوروبیلینوژن،خونs.g، ph، اسید آسکوربیک، کتون،بیلی روبین، گلوکز و... این ها مارکرهایی هستند که در بیشتر نوارهای ادراری قابل مشاهده هستند . ✔️نوار های ادراری حتما باید در ظرف در بسته خودش قرار گرفته باشد در جای خشک و خنک و نباید در مجاورت بخارات اسیدی یا قلیایی باشد. #بیوشیمی @Labmlc
