Islam is the way to find true happiness and inner peace, Islam is the divine religion, it is the only religion capable of satisfying all the needs of the soul and the body, it is the only religion capable of solving the complex human problems.
ماذا ستفعل في يوم الحساب؟
Let me tell you, this life is as short as a dream.
No one knows when he will die!
What will your answer be to your Creator when He asks you on the Day of Resurrection?
Why don't you seek the truth? Why don't you believe in the last messenger?
ما هو الصيام
"In the Islamic sciences, both the linguistic definition as well as the terminology is used for any term referring to Islamic beliefs and practices. In the case of the linguistic or etymological definition, fasting means abstinence, that is, depriving oneself of something. The Arabic term for fasting is ṣaūm or ṣīām, The terminological definition of fasting in Islamic jurisprudence or fiqh, is the worship of God - may He be exalted - by abstaining from food, drinking, and everything that breaks the fast, from the beginning of the dawn -with the call to Fajr prayer - until sunset - when the Maghrib prayer comes. prayer, all with the sole intention of pleasing God.
That is, fasting has a time, an invalidating and a specific specific intention, along with other details to be determined one by one, with God's permission.
Fasting has been prescribed for Jews, Christians, and Muslims in their and Muslims in their holy books, as well as for other religions in different forms and and times throughout the years. About fasting prescribed for Jews and Christians, God speaks in the Qur'an:
O believers! Fasting has been prescribed for you and for those who went before you, that you may attain piety. (2, 183)
And the importance of fasting is central to the life of every in the life of every Muslim, for it is one of the five pillars of Islam that the Prophet Muḥammad (pbuh) by the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ): ""Islam is based on five pillars: the Testimony of Faith: There is no god worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, performing prayers, and giving legal charity, fasting in the month of Ramadan, and pilgrimage to the House of Allah for those who are able to do so. for those who are able to do so"" (Al-Bukharī 8, Muslim 16)."
حكمة الصيام
"God has enjoined fasting on His servants as a mercy and a pleasure because of its many benefits, including
1) Fasting is one of the means of increasing piety (al-taqūa) and obedience to God.
2) One who fasts feels the mercy of God during the fast and after it is over.
3) Fasting is a way of developing self-control and tolerance for difficulties in general.
4) Among the consequences of fasting is the increase of mercy and good treatment of those most in need.
5) Fasting is a way to purify the soul and the body.
6) The reward of fasting is so high that it belongs only to God who bestows it.
7) Fasting is not only abstinence from food and drink, but also abstinence from improper actions."
شروط الصيام
"Islamic jurisprudence has established seven conditions for proper fasting and for this effort to be accepted as an act of worship, so it is important to study them one by one. These conditions are
1) Islam.
2) Puberty.
3) The intellect.
4) Residence in one place (not traveling).
5) Having the physical ability to fast.
6) Not to be menstruating.
7) The intention to fast."
الصيام عند دخول الإسلام

"Fasting is an act of worship for the Muslim, and acts of worship are valid in Islam only if they are done to please Allah (ﷻ) and follow the example of His Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ); therefore, the first condition for fasting to be valid is to be a Muslim, so fasting is not obligatory for a non-Muslim and is not valid as an act of worship for him.
But what happens if a non-Muslim enters Islam? Should he perform the obligatory fast before returning to Islam? One who enters Islam after belonging to another religion is not required to perform any obligatory fasting, prayers, or other acts of worship before Islam.
Similarly, one who enters Islam during the month of Ramadan is not required to fast the days before the day of his entry into Islam, but he is required to fast on the days that he does not perform after such a day; thus, if someone enters Islam on the 20th day of the month of Ramadan, he will only have to fast the 10 remaining days of the month and not the previous 20, but he must fast on that day, i.e., if he enters Islam at noon, he must fast until the evening prayer (Maghrib) comes."

شهر رمضان والصيام
"Fasting in the month of Ramadan is one of the pillars of Islam, it is a way to achieve piety and leave behind sins and the mistakes committed.
In this month the Islamic community throughout the planets as the ethics and good works that characterize it when fulfilling the orders of Allah (ﷻ) and shows how it is related to other religious communities that were also previously ordered to fast, but which have changed it, or even some have come to abandon it.
God's mercy is shown in the following verses of the Qur'an with His servants who were allowed to replace fasting under special conditions such as illness and travel, in which fasting becomes more difficult.
The month of Ramadan in which the Qur'an was revealed as a guide for people. And its verses are clear proofs of this guidance and discernment. And those of you who are present during this month should fast. And whoever is ill or on a journey, let him count them and fast on those days another time. (2.183-185)
Allâhu ta'âlâ, the Most Gracious, has previously spoken in His generous Qur'ân al-kerîm, the first source of Islamic beliefs and practices, about the order of fasting for Jews and Christians, as well as the month of Ramadan. Likewise, the Prophet (ﷺ) has conveyed to us the importance of fasting for Muslims in a sacred prophetic saying, since the effort made by the Muslim to fast is rewarded by God in a special way with regard to the other acts of worship.
Fasting is one of the acts of worship with which one can achieve the greatest sincerity before Allah (ﷻ), since it is a secret between the servant and his Lord, and therefore it is special among the other acts of worship, although all of them are performed only to please the Creator - may He be exalted - hence the importance of avoiding pretending or showing off, so as not to diminish or lose the reward of fasting.
Fasting contains all the types of patience that belong to the believer, since patience must be exercised in obeying the commands of Allah (ﷻ) in turning away from sins and all that Allah (ﷻ) has forbidden, just as one should be patient with what Allah (ﷻ) has decreed, and by combining these three types of patience, your reward has no limit before the Creator (ﷻ) and it may be greater than we imagine.
Believers rejoice that they have the opportunity to carry out the commands of the Most High (ﷻ) and that He has given them the personal joy of fasting and the collective joy of the month of Ramadan, always waiting to please only Allah (ﷻ)."

Today's Khutbah in Arafah
Praise be to God, the Almighty, the Giver, Who has made congregation a salvation, and disunity a cause of punishment, and ordained, glorified be He, the unity of the ranks [of the Muslims], the union of speech and alliance among them, and forbidden whatever causes division and difference.
And I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah, from whom we hope and whom we fear. Said the Almighty: "And your God is one God, there is no god but He, the Compassionate, the Merciful" (The cow: 163) and I bear witness that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger, who commanded cooperation and union among the community, and forbade discord and conflict, so Allah united hearts through the Prophet, improved conditions, and Allah commanded him to deliver the message and fulfill the mission: "Say: O people, I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, to Allah belong the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, there is no divinity but He who gives life and death" (al-A'raf: 158) peace and blessings be upon the Prophet, his family, companions and followers.
Now, O Muslims, fear Allah Almighty by obeying Him, adhering to His law and preserving His limits, so that you may be among the reformers who are victorious in this world and in the Hereafter; the Most High said: "These are the limits of Allah, and whoever obeys Allah and His messenger will be eternally in Gardens [of Paradise] under which rivers flow and that is the great triumph" (Women: 13).
And certainly in the preservation of Allah's limits is included not to deviate any act of worship to other than Allah. The Most High said: "Judgment is for Allah alone, who commanded that they worship Him alone, that is the right religion, but most people do not know it" (Yusuf: 40). So whoever is among the people of monotheism will be among the people of guidance, he will attain Salvation and an exemplary result; the Almighty said: "And indeed, We have sent to every people a messenger [to say]: Worship Allah and turn away from idols, so some of them have been guided by Allah and others upon whom perdition has come, so go through the earth and see what was the end of the liars" (The Palm Tree: 36).
He said, may He be glorified, affirming the testimony of monotheism that there is no divinity but Allah: "and invoke not beside Allah another divinity, there is no divinity but Him, everything has its end except His face, He possesses the Sovereignty and to Him shall they return" (al-Qasas: 88), as the testimony of the message to His prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, affirmed when he said: "Muhammad is the messenger of Allah" (Al-fath: 29), and when he said: "Muhammad was not the father of any of his men, but the messenger of Allah and the seal of the prophets and Allah knows everything" (Los partidos: 40).
This testimony requires believing in His tidings, obeying His commands, avoiding His prohibitions and not worshipping Allah except with what He has legislated, and among this is performing the five daily prayers during the day and night, paying zakat for the rich person to contribute a small part of his wealth for the relief of his poor brothers and as a contribution to public benefits. Allah, may He be exalted, said: "perform the prayer and pay zakat" (The cow: 43) and among what Allah, may He be exalted, commanded is fasting during the month of Ramadan, He said, may He be exalted: "so whoever among you reaches the month [of Ramadan] then let him fast" (Al-Imran: 97). And these are the pillars of Islam as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Islam is to bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, to perform prayer, to pay zakat, to fast during the month of Ramadan and to make pilgrimage to the House [of Allah] if it is possible for him. And faith is to believe in Allah, in His angels, in His books, in His messengers, in the Last Day and in Predestination whether good or bad.
And good deed is to worship Allah as if you see Him, for if you do not see Him, surely He sees you".
O believers, pilgrims to the Sacred House of Allah, in the sermon of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, during the Hajj he said: "O people, no doubt your Lord is one and your father is one. Indeed, there is no preference of an Arab over a non-Arab, nor of a non-Arab over an Arab, nor of a brown person over someone black, except by piety. Have I not conveyed to you that Allah has forbidden among you your blood, your money and your honor which are like the sanctity of this day [of Arafah], of this territory and of this month?" (excerpted by Ahmad with an authentic chain of narrators).
The difference of languages, colors and races is not a justification for difference and conflict, but is one of the signs of Allah in the universe, as the Almighty said, "And among His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the differences of your languages and colors, indeed, in this are signs for those who know." (Romans: 22).
And if you follow the Islamic texts which confirm the command of union, love, harmony, prohibition of conflict, division and disagreement, the Almighty said, "And hold fast to the rope of Allah all together and do not divide, and remember Allah's favor upon you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so that by His grace you became brothers" (Al-Imran: 103), and the Prophet, peace and prayers of Al-lah be upon him, said, "It pleases Al-lah that you worship Him and associate nothing with Him, and that you all hold fast together to the rope of Al-lah and do not divide.
And therefore Allah is grateful to His Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, meeting upon him his companions, and said: "For Allah is sufficient for you, He is the One Who sustained you with His victory and with the believers and united their hearts. If you had spent all that is on earth, [still] you would not have united their hearts. But Allah united them with one another. He is Mighty, the Most Wise" (The Booty: 62-63). And Allah Almighty said, forbidding division: "Verily, those who divided their religion and became sects, you [O Muhammad], you are not [associated] with them in anything, their situation only [remains] in the hands of Allah, then He will inform them of what they used to do" (Al-An'am: 159) and said, exalted be He, "and do not be like those who were divided and had differences after the signs came to them, for for for them there is a painful punishment" (al-Imran: 105).
This is because in the fulfillment of the word is the righteousness of religion and the affairs of this world, the realization of interests and the elimination of corruption, and by it cooperation is achieved through righteousness and piety, and by the word the truth is sustained and falsehood is defeated, the enemies are enraged and the endeavors of the haters and marauders are frustrated, and when the word is dispersed passions and grudges enter, wills are opposed, forbidden blood is shed, sinful money is made lawful, and sacred places and times are violated, making it difficult for the community of Muslims to progress in their lives and adhere to acts of worship, and therefore the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The example of the believers in their mutual love and mercy is like the body, if one of its limbs complains about something, the rest of the body responds with drowsiness and fever," and said: "The believer for the believer is like a building whose parts strengthen each other" and the support of Al-lah is with the congregation, and Satan is with those who separate the congregation, the value of the congregation is known by the painful effects of division and disagreement in the individual, family and society, Al-lah said: "And indeed those who differed in the Holy Book are in a huge division" (The cow: 176).

Hence, Islamic legislation established sufficient protective guarantees and immunities that would prevent the influence of the instruments of demolition and vandalism to tear the society apart, thus placing an impenetrable fence that prevents its structure from cracking and its pillars from being shaken, at the level of the family, the society, the country and even the world as a whole.
Therefore, Allah commanded the Muslims when they have a dispute to refer to the Book and the Sunnah; the Most High said, "If you dispute about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is better and more beneficial" (The Women: 59), and said: "And in whatever you have differences then the judgment is with Allah, My Lord, in Him I trust and to Him I turn" (The Consultation: 10), and said "And We did not send down to you the Book except that you might make clear to them in what they differed, and as guidance and mercy for a people who believe" (The Palm Tree: 64).
[Allah] also commanded them [Muslims] to have good manners, good dealings and mercy to one another. The Most High said: "So it is by a mercy from Allah that you are kind to them. Had they been hard and hard-hearted, they" (Al-Imran: 159) and His wish that they be endowed with an attitude of patience and forgiveness, far from error, the Almighty said: "And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not quarrel, lest you become discouraged and your strength fail you, and be patient. Indeed, Allah is with those who are patient" (The Booty: 46), and said: "On behalf of the people, and Allah loves those who do good" (Al-Imran: 133-134).
And to achieve the purpose of gathering in the word, Islamic legislation came to tighten social, family and religious ties, so it ordained connection through kinship, clarified the rights of husbands, wives, parents, sons and daughters, and ordained kindness for all relatives, neighbors, the needy, the kinsman, said the Most High: "And hasten to receive forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous who spend [in the cause of Allah] in ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who forgive people, and Allah loves benefactors" (The Women: 36).
And in the hadith: "None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself".
And the Islamic legislation enjoined cooperation in good, as the Almighty said: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and transgression" (The Well-Served Table: 2), and forbade evil speaking: "And tell My servants to say what is best. Truly, Satan is deceiving them. Verily, Satan is to man a clear enemy" (The Night Journey: 53).
And the Islamic Legislation forbade drifting behind rumors and gossip intended to divide the ranks [among Muslims]. The Almighty said, "O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people through ignorance and turn, because of what you have done, repentant" (Al-Hujurat: 6). And, therefore, the believers are warned against malicious campaigns by various instruments and methods that are aimed at dispersing the word and pitting one against another in society, just as Allah has made a series of acts of worship to be performed collectively, such as this gathering today in Arafat, and such as your Friday gathering and prayers in congregation, and among what leads to the gathering is what was provided by the Islamic legislation on social solidarity, payment of zakat, living expenses, donations and alms; the Most High said: "O you who have believed, spend what We have provided for you before the day comes when there will be no sale, friendship or intercession, and the disbelievers are the wrongdoers" (The cow: 254).
Thus the Islamic legislation came to remind those who quarrel among themselves because of their brothers, and came to encourage reconciliation when a quarrel occurs, the Almighty said: "The believers are brothers, so reconcile among your brothers, and fear Al-lah so that you may have mercy" (Al-Hujurat: 10).
And the Islamic community must bring up its children in a serious education in unity, for the Most High has said: "Verily this, your community, is one community, and I am your Lord so worship me" (The Prophets: 92); and He said: "Verily this is My straight path, so follow it, and follow not the ways, for they will lead you astray from His path, that is what He commanded you to do. That ye may guard yourselves from evil" (Al-An'am: 153).
The need to listen and obey the rulers in authority to achieve the purpose of unifying the word was also emphasized. The Almighty said: "O believers, obey Allah and obey the messenger and his rulers" (Women: 59), and in the Sahih, the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "the Muslim should listen and obey that which he loves and hate that which has not been commanded, but is disobedience".
And among that is to draw the hearts close to the rulers, to urge the people to obey them, and to accompany them in what is right for the situations of the Muslims and their territories, as well as to supplicate for them.
And if union has been enjoined and dispersal [of the Muslims] has been forbidden everywhere, this is something that is confirmed during the season of Hajj and in the places of rituals, for the pilgrim avoids any matter or action that distracts him from performing his rituals, rather he devotes himself to worshipping his Lord and avoids everything that affects the tranquility of his brothers, the guests of the Merciful One.
O Muslims and believers who believe in the power of Allah, fear Allah, strive to unite His word in the Muslim community, extinguish conflicts and silence those who invite them; remember the words of the Prophet, peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, "make matters easy and do not make them difficult, give good news and do not separate yourselves from others," and he said, "help one another and do not differ from one another."
And let the disputants fear Allah by avoiding quarrels and striving for reconciliation, in accordance with His Word: "And if two factions of the believers quarrel with each other they should make amends with each other" (Al-Hujurat: 9), being a follower in the right is better than being a follower in falsehood, and whoever gives up anything for Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better than that.
Pilgrims to the Sacred House of Allah:
After the Messenger of Al-lah, peace and blessings of Al-lah be upon him, delivered a sermon in ArafaH, he ordered Bilal to deliver the call to prayer and then establish and shorten the noon prayer to two rak'ahs, then the afternoon prayer also with two rak'ahs, subsequently he stood at Arafah on his camel, remembering Allah and invoking Him until sunset, then he went to Muzdalifah, and advised His companions with kindness and said to them: "O people, you should be quiet and calm, for piety is not given by place," i.e., it is not given by haste.
When he reached Muzdalifah, he prayed Maghrib prayer with three rakaat and Isha prayer with two rakahs together and shortened, he stayed overnight in Muzdalifah and prayed Fajr prayer there at the beginning of his time, supplicated Al-lah until the day lightened, then he went to Mina and threw seven pebbles in Jamarat al-Aqaba after dawn, he offered his sacrifice and shaved, then made the farewell circumambulation and stayed in Mina on the days of al-Tashriq remembering Allah and throwing the pebbles in the three Jamarat after noon, and supplicated in the least and the middle of them, and made a concession to those who had an excuse for not having to spend the night in Mina.
2
And the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, is to stay in Mina until the thirteenth day [of the month of Hajj], and that is the best, although he allowed haste to leave on the twelfth. So when he finished his pilgrimage and wanted to travel, he circumambulated the House [of Allah].
Pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah:
You are in an honorable home and in a virtuous time in which forgiveness of sins and supplications are expected to be answered, and that is why the Prophet, peace and blessings of Al-lah be upon him, fasted on the day of Arafah during his pilgrimage, to devote himself to the remembrance and supplication of Al-lah.
Therefore, increase your supplications to your Lord for yourselves, for those whom you love, for those who have right over you, and for Muslims in general, that Allah may improve your situations and unite your word in truth.
And do not forget to pray for those who do you good, as in the hadith: "Reward him who did you a favor, and if you do not find him, ask [Allah] for him."
And among those who do good to the Muslims are those who guard the Two Holy Mosques and see to the comfort of the guests of the Merciful, and at the head of them is the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and their Crown Prince and those who work with them. So pray to Allah for them.
O Allah, O Living One, O Sustainer, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, we ask You to grant success to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz. O Al-lah help him, support him and assist him in all good things, O Al-lah give him the best reward for the efforts he has given in uniting the word of the Muslims, O Al-lah bless Prince Muhammad bin Salman, may Al-lah strengthen him and make him one of the reasons for the unity of the ranks [of the Muslims].
O Al-lah accept the Hajj of the pilgrims, make their affairs easy for them and avert evil from those who wish to harm them. O Allah, make them return to their countries in peace and with the benefits of Hajj, forgive their sins and complete their needs.
O Allah, forgive the Muslims, the believers, the believing men and women, reconcile them to one another, reform their hearts, take charge of their affairs, give them peace in their countries of origin, unify their speech, forgive their mistakes, bless their livelihood, and guide them to the best words, actions and morals.
"Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Perfection for what they describe and peace be upon the Messengers and praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds" (Al-Saffat: 182-180).
