Responsibilities:
You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI solutions to transform our contact center. This includes working with a variety of Large Language Models (LLMs), developing AI agents, and implementing state-of-the-art natural language and speech processing systems.
We are looking for someone with:
Strong experience and high proficiency in:
• Working with a variety of Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere) and self-hosting LLMs.
• Developing and implementing AI agents and multi-agent systems, including agentic AI concepts.
• Implementing Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols.
• Senior-level prompt engineering.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems, including experience with ElevenLabs and other voice technologies.
• Python programming and relevant AI libraries.
• Software development and engineering principles, with a focus on AI system architecture.
• Experience with LLM APIs.
• Experience with real-time voice agents.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience.
