تیم Irancell Labs به‌دنبال جذب Senior Data Engineerهایی است که تجربه‌ی کار با سیستم‌های داده‌ی مقیاس‌پذیر و real-time را دارند و آماده‌اند در پروژه‌های چالشی با حجم بالای داده مشارکت کنند.

ما به دنبال افرادی هستیم که دارای ویژگی‌های زیر باشند:

* تسلط به طراحی و پیاده‌سازی ETL/ELT pipeline‌های پایدار و قابل مانیتور
* تجربه‌ی عملی با ابزارهایی مانند: Apache Kafka، Airflow، Spark، ClickHouse، PostgreSQL، Redis
* درک عمیق از Data Modeling، Data Lake، Data Warehouse و معماری‌های مبتنی بر stream و batch
* آشنایی با مفاهیم DataOps، logging، monitoring و observability در زیرساخت داده
* توانایی کار در محیط‌های production و distributed با روحیه‌ی حل مسئله و ownership بالا

✅ اولویت با متخصصینی است که سابقه‌ی پیاده‌سازی پایپ‌لاین‌های real-time یا near-real-time در مقیاس بالا را دارند.
