In connection with the emergency situation in the Russian Executive Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG), I order to appoint Baburin Sergei Nikolaevich to the following positions:
- Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG
- Director of the 1st Department of People’s Diplomacy of the DPRK ISG
- Head of the Russian Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG
This order shall enter into force upon publication by the Information Bureau of the DPRK ISG.
