At the initiative of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union of the Republic of Tajikistan, a solemn award ceremony was held at the Official Representative Office of the Komsomol in Moscow for Comrade Vitaly Lebedev, Advisor to the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG.
The award ceremony was conducted by Murodbek Yuldoshev, First Secretary of the Komsomol and the Ideological Leader of the Tajik Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG. Alexander Mostov, Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG, was personally present at the ceremony.
