Процесс шел с сертября по январь. В карточке дела указано: "Лицо, которое ведет дело в интересах группы лиц, не сделало предложение иным членам группы лиц о присоединении к требованию о защите прав и законных интересов группы лиц". Судебный акт пока не размещен.
Интересно, действительно ли здесь не было опубликования? Или было, но не в срок / не в том СМИ (такие позиции уже встречались)? Или это дежурная фраза, но причина на самом деле в чем-то другом?
