Мне показалось забавным, что жители Североморска благодарят Чибиса не за визит и встречу, а… за их объявление.

То есть, уведомление о посещении флотской столицы имеет больший эффект, чем самая встреча с жителями.

И второе. Североморск стал первым городом, куда внезапно направился врио губернатора Чибис весной 2019 года. Тогдашний градоначальник Евменьков со свойственным спокойствием ещё мог осадить энергичного врио.

Сейчас уже нет.
