أوضحت قيادة الأمن الداخلي في محافظة حلب أن الانف-جار الذي وقع في حي المشهد نتج عن خلل داخل آلية تابعة لوزارة الدفاع كانت محمّلة بعتاد قديم من مخلفات الح-رب، وذلك أثناء عملية نقله لتأمينه.
وأكدت القيادة أن الحادث لم يكن نتيجة استهداف أو عمل تخ-ريبي كما تم تداوله.
وأدّى الانف-جار إلى وفـاة شخص وإصابة اثنين آخرين، فيما تقدّمت القيادة بخالص التعازي لذوي الفقيـد، متمنية الشفاء العاجل للمصابين.
كما دعت وسائل الإعلام إلى الاعتماد على المصادر الرسمية في نقل المعلومات.
