The patient is a 15-year-old female presenting with lower abdominal pain and burning during urination.
♦️Ultrasound Findings:
Ultrasound findings show normal-sized kidneys . The ureters not seen. The urinary bladder is full, of normal size, with a thin wall and no stones. The uterus is normal in size and position, with both ovaries appearing normal. The cul-de-sac is clear with no abnormalities. Impression: No structural abnormalities were detected. The symptoms may indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI). A urinalysis and further clinical evaluation are recommended to confirm the diagnosis.
