نحن ياصديقي لانحب الصمت إطلاقاً .. ولانحب اعتزال العالم .. ولانحب البكاء ايضاً ... قد نبكي عندما لانستطيع البووح ولكن بطريقة محرقة جداً وليس البكاء الذي نعهدة ... ليس الامر متعلق بالصمت او البووح .. الامر متعلق بمن نثق .. لاننا عندما نجد شخصاً مثالياً ويستحق الثقه هنا ليس للصمت اي معنى .. لان الصمت موجع اكثر من البووح ... ولكن هناك مشكلة ياصديقي البوح يكون موجعاً اكثر من الصمت عندما تكتشف ان الشخص ليس اهلاً للثقه بعدما اخبرته بكل اسرارك .. هنا ياصديقي لم يعد يجدي الصمت ولا البووح ولاحتى الانعزال ... فجميعهم مؤلمين ولم يعد هناك فرق ..... احتفظ بدموعك وعش حيااتك وكأن شياءً لم يكن ..اكبر نصيحة لك ياصديقي لاتثق وانت ستعيش 👌👌👍 واذا تبي نصيحة اخرى .... خذ لك ورقة وقلماً واكتب ماتشعر بة ومايدور في بالك ... وخذ ورقتك بعد الانتهاء وقم بتمزيقها الا قطع صغيرة وارميها في الهواء وهنا لن تحتاج الا الصمت والكتم بداخلك ولن تحتاج للبوح لاااحد 👌
