●- فاعل خير يريد بناء مسجد، والحالة المادية لسكان المنطقة سيئة جدًا فهل الأولى بناء المسجد أم التصدق على هؤلاء؟.

❖- إذا كان يريد الصدقة الجارية فهو بناء المسجد؛ لأنه صدقة جارية ثابتة له ما بقي المسجد، وإن كان يريد الصدقة العاجلة الطارئة الإسعافية فهو إطعام الناس، واختياري له أن يجمع بين الأجرين فيعطي الناس ولو اليسير ويتم بناء المسجد مع تشغيله لفقراء القرية كعمال بأجرتهم في بناء المسجد وبالتالي سيصرفون على أسرهم ويخف فقرهم، وبذلك جمع بين الخيرين معا.
