CMD Injector v3.8.6.0 release

CHANGES:
- Added CMD un-injection option.
- Added search button options to assign & launch custom apps on actions.
- Bug fixes.
- Many other improvements.

NOTE:
- Updating the app doesn't work with this version, required re-installation.
- From this release onwards again Lumia non X50 devices do not required interop unlock. (But after installation the app will gain the required restricted capabilities.)
