If anyone contacts you for a job interview or asks you to download their own video chat / conferencing software (similar to Zoom, Skype, Teams, Slack, Discord)

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO CHAT APP

They are viruses and will damage or spy on your machine, there have been numerous people reporting this in The Devs' groups. The video app is usually under the name "Coolex", but they may rebrand it or have other names.

As a general note, please use virustotal.com (URL mode, DO NOT download and reupload files) in order to check if something is a virus

Domains they have been known to operate under are:
cool-ex dot pro
appcoolex dot pro
coolexapp dot com
coolex dot site

Also if you wish to blacklist their domains / URL's, check who their registrar is on who.is, and email the registrar (for reg.ru it is abuse@reg.ru)
