FROZEN FOODS ❄️ part 1
When things become excessively cold 🥶, nutrients are destroyed or depleted. The same concept applies to freezing. Frozen foods lose 80% of their nutrients, meaning that they retain only 25% utilizable. This occurs because proteins and enzymes, when exposed to abnormal conditions, become denatured, rendering them ineffective 💀. Consequently, the pancreas has to work harder.
Aajonus tested this theory by feeding one group of 🐕 cats and dogs frozen meat and another group fresh 🥩 meat. The group fed frozen meat developed skin conditions, scurvy, and exhibited moodiness 😭, scratchiness, and increased thirst. In contrast, the fresh meat group thrived. He further experimented by feeding half of the frozen group fresh raw butter and the other half frozen butter. Within three weeks, the group that received fresh butter had healed. It took the ❄️ frozen butter 🧈 group five times longer to show improvement.
